Berry Banana Yum Smoothie


This smoothie is a great start to any Saturday morning. The bananas and almond milk add sweetness that is cut by the berries and yogurt, with a little bit of a nutty flavor from the peanut butter. Altogether each smoothie is about 200 calories, a good source of protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals.


Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1 cup mixed berries
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup almond milk
1 cup ice
1 cup Greek yogurt

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
